In all fairness to many employees of HSBC worldwide, and primarily those employed by HSBC before HSBC bought stained shady lender Household International, it is unfortunate that HSBC Finance Corporation brings such a black cloud to a once-proud organization such as HSBC Plc. However, your corporate headquarters in London
adopted the same communications skills as we know from Household International. You do not answer formal letters and do not give the courtesy of a reply.
After much discussion and consideration we continue our trend analysis for another year, forging new relationships while allowing our web visitors to use new tools and new databases. Each complaint is now forwarded to the proper state Attorney General. New programming utilizes the programming skills of new volunteers, while additional funding comes from new associate relationships.
We will
review our talking points for 2005, and will finalize a
detailed look at merchants aligned with HSBC Finance Corporation as part of their co-branded private label credit card program. Results will be published in the blog and in the new forums. As always, we will also
select the quote of the year for 2005.
Our warmest thanks go out to those who visited Household - HSBC Watch in 2005 and we look forward to more visitors in 2006. Thank you all. See you
