I have an Art Van credit card through HRS. I have been disputing a $50 charge on my account that was put on my account in error. After I disputed the amount, it was removed only to be added back to my account because of a credit that I received because my purchases were received late - a transaction that occurred 5 months before the erroneous charges was placed on my account.
Now they are refusing to acknowledge my new dispute of this charge. My disputes have been passed on to "research", a department that you cannot contact directly. I have not heard anything about my dispute in two months.
