In March 2000, my husband and I filed bankruptcy. Our Home Base charge accounts were disolved under a Chapter 7. My husband passed away in January 2002. I have been denied credit because of an outstanding balance from Home Base on my credit report from most of the credit agencies. I have tried to have this resolved to no avail. Any suggestions?
