I Contracted Sears To install siding on my home.About a year ago,while inspecting a loose siding panel,I noticed that the soffet had not been ripped [for extra ventilation] as per our contract.
I have tried since then to resolve this matter. I have been told by professionals that this would damage my shingles due to the heat build up. HRS now owns this contract. HRS has ignored me. Sears refers me back to HRS. This has gone own for almost a year with no result. I have been ask to send copies of my contract on four [4] different occassions. this I have done.
Each time I have been told that they were not recieved. I now know that this is their way of intimidating me. Each time I complain I feel as though I will suffer. Please help me if you can.
