We have not received our statement this month.

Please do two things. Change our address FROM *** Scottsdale Rd, 10-150, Scottsdale AZ 85254, TO ****, Scottsdale AZ 85260.

Also, please send us the balance due for payoff. We purchased carpet from Carpeteria back in 1996.
