In jan 1997 I got a credit card from Kragen auto parts that was provided by HRS. A few months later I paid of the balance and requested account closure based on a billing statement received.
For the next six months nothing happened, including not receiving statements. Then, I received a statement stating my balance of $1 was six moths overdue.
They also reflected this on my credit. I have been unable to get resolution from the company, and am now plagued with the bad report (1 six month late, 2 fives, 3 fours, 4 threes, 5 twos and 6 ones) that I cannot get corrected. Is there any way you can help me?
