Expensive Water in Kansas - another proof of Shea

I financed a water treatment system for my home through Culligan in Olathe, Kansas. I have no documentation of conversations with customer service representatives, but I am so frustrated dealing with HRS. Several months I received my statement within 10 days of the date it was due, mailed my payment right away and it won't post until the day after it is due.

At first, my calls were routed around to different departments. I never got an offer to remove any of the finance charges, I have debated over and over about their ability to post my payment a day or two after the due date.

I noticed on my current bill they have added another column of purchases to my statement, and the customer service representative told me today (May 31, 2001) that I am being financed on a late charge (not specific what for) at 17.99%. None of it makes sense to me, the customer service rep told me there have only been two late fees applied to my account, but I have to look through my bill to be sure.

I don't understand the bills, I don't understand the explanations the customer service reps give me, and I don't understand why my payments can't just be posted. I also asked about making payments over the phone and they charge a $10 processing fee for an ACH debit to my checking account. I think they are certainly taking advantage of me every chance they get.
