I have two seperate accounts dealing with hrs / hrsi. One is for a sam ash card and had to fax over my signed store receipt to receive the 0% interest deal and have all interest removed after 3 months of hassling with them.

I also purchased a motorcycle with no special finance deals but at this moment I have still not received a billing statement and have been sending my payments in hand written envelopes. Their first two excuses were wrong address, now they say that they are sending me statements. please help.

west coast motor sports where i purchased the bike has also been no help at all and tells me this matter is between me and hrsi. Can i do anything?
