We had a credit line, from Furrows Bldg.Material ( aka Payless Cashway) in Kentucky which used HRS. We opened an account for new construction with a line of $20,000 which we were told was a revolving account. Furrows went bankrupt in summer of 2001 and HRS wanted our balance paid in full.

When we couldn't do that, HRS has ruined my husband's and myself's credit, reporting we were 6 months late with payment, etc.. which is a lie, the account is paid in full, but because we didn't pay in full when they requested they have intentionally ruined our credit and continue to do so.

We have disputed this with every credit reporting agency, who in turn will delete it off temporarily, after their investigation, but the next month HRS will report it again and we have to start all over disputing. This is a fraudulant company.

My credit score before this was in the 800's now it is in the 500's, I can't finance anything.
at all because of this company. I hope you will find a way to expose this
company so other consumers don't get taken or their credit ruined by this
bully of a business.
