Reverse osmosis used to train Household service reps ?

We purchased a reverse osmosis water system through Lindsay Eco Water Systems which uses HRS to offer credit. The system to be installed on our home was NOT what we had ordered and we refused to accept it. We never took possession of the product but continue to be billed for it during the last 10 months. HRS agrees to "research" the situation, but never responds or stops billing. I have asked them to send me any documentation they might have and have received nothing.

I can't help but notice the poor quality of their claim dispute forms. The
photo copies are so poor a quality that they are barely legible. I also find
it interesting that while they are supposedly researching the disputed
charge, they continue to call asking for payment. Legally an account must be placed on hold while a dispute is being researched.

Yesterday, I filed a claim in small claims court to make them stop billing
me. The fair credit billing act protects consumers, allowing them to refuse to accept a product which is unacceptable. Problem is, HRS doesn't care about the law.
