I have had an account with HRS since 1999. I purchased an air conditioning unit through Los Andes Air Systems ($8,000). I was on a no interest plan for 3 months. I have never received a bill from them. I've called several times to verify my address and they seem to have everything correct.
They just keep telling me that they will re-send it. They've told me to check with my post office, which I have and that's not the problem. I've asked that they fax me a copy of the statement they say that is not possible. I've received calls from them in cases when my account was about to go to a collections.
I made payments over the phone to bring it up to date and asked if the services charges could be waived, they couldn't waive the fee. I've given up contacting them, I have taken it upon myself to send my payments. Can anything be done?
