This is exactly why Shea V. Household happened:

Paid 15 min every month from date of purchase. The last bill I didn't receive and this is the month before the total finance charge is applied . Amount was $1100. No resolution $220.00 in interest

When asked where the statement was they said that they sent it and we probably just hadn't recieved it so I am being charged a late fee and it will go on my credit report.
