HFC Bank plc are behind the Marbles loan and are owned by Household International Inc which has just been taken over by one of the world's largest banks, HSBC.

Of course Household Interantional was sued in the United States for predatory financing, applying your payment late, charging illegal interest, late fees, past due fees, and interest. Florida began investigating Household International, after Madie Bell Wilson, 89, was evicted from her Miami home. She had taken out a 27,000 thousand dollar home-equity loan, thinking it was a home repair grant that did not have to be paid back. The case piqued Florida officials’ interests and helped lead to the 484 million dollar multi-state predatory lending settlement.

Another embarrasment ot HSBC's reputation, Household International is the most famous predatory lender in America. They have changed their name to HSBC Finance Corporation.

Under their old name, HSBC Finance corporation has been sued for duplicity in financing of sattelites, meat, pots and pans, car, motorcycles, jet skis, homes, consumer electronics and more.

Under the corrupt organization act HSBC Finance Corporation still has an open case pending in reference to income tax refund loans and refund anticipation loans.
