I've tried to make a payment by telephone so it wouldn't be late. HRS made my payment late anyway because they told me they couldn't accept the payment that day to wait 2 days then call back.

I don't think that's very business like. You would think they would want their payment then but they want your account to draw late fees. Their web site didn't work. I think something need to be done with this company there making my excellent credit look horrible.

That's the dumbest reply I've seen in a while. The person called Household - HSBC and spoke to an idiot that told them to call back in 2 days. Then they said they went to the website and it didn't work.

Read it any way you want, but you are the one who is lost in a fog somewhere -- hrsaccount.com is out of service a lot.
