...you may have waived your rights...

There are many ways to research complaints about HSBC, Household International, and affiliated merchants. If you have a complaint or horror story send us your complaint by email and contribute to this website.

Find legislators and news media and access their online complaint forms directly from our menu. HSBC cuts lawyers and attorneys out of the picture by requiring binding arbitration. Your contract may prevent you from including HSBC in a bankruptcy. Your purchases, no matter how small, may be collateral. Consider how hard banks and loan companies pushed for bankruptcy reform and class action reform. If you have a credit card from HSBC Finance Corporation, HSBC Bank, Orchard Bank, Household Bank, HSBC NV, NA or any of the merchants listed below you may have given away your rights and most consumer protections. If you took a rapid refund loan from H&R Block you may have waived your rights.

These are direct links to complaints and comments in our 2005 forums. Compare these to complaints received this year, and you can see little progress and almost no regulatory action. As 2009 is near, and after studying the subprime debacle of 2007 - 2008, lack of regulatory action is the number one cause of the global financial crisis.
