Does HSBC owe you money now that you left the company? As HSBC closes the doors on HSBC Finance Corp, this person has not received any oney:
HSBC is not returning the funds in my savings! I left the company in January 16 2009 and my savings account (Sharesave) was closed January 26. Until today, May 6th, I don’t know where my money is.
Since the first week in April I’ve been calling the 800 number and no one is able to tell me anything. From “the supervisor already left for the day” to “the person who was taking care of this case (???) took some days off” or “the case (again?) was escalated to a specialist”.
Apparently it is happening to lots of people that left the company. If they are having trouble returning my money, which is not a lot, thank God, I wonder how it would be for more complex investment accounts!
