BD in Virginia said: “I am able to review my account information on-line but cannot make a payment on-line or change profile to update information. Therefore, we have to call to make payments and be charged a $15.00 fee. Although, I have sent a letter and called requesting statements be sent to a new address and new e-mail address, this has not been updated. I have not received a statement in over 6 months and cannot make payments on-line.”
CW in Wisconsin said: “I went online to pay my bill and my password and username was changed. I have them both written down in my Franklin and I wasn’t allowed to make a payment, I am out of town so I will be late. Also I could not reset my password as my address was incorrect, but I haven’t moved in 3 years. This is a joke.”
