DB in Wisconsin sent this question: “I am employed with First American Funding in Columbus, Wisconsin. In the past, we have sent our trailing docs to you in Charlotte. What is the new address we should now be sending them to? Thank you in advance!”

Editor’s note: Try sending your question to the right people for starters. How accurate are the trailing docs when this person cannot even send a simple question to the proper entity? What about HSBC? Did they forget to notify their partners? What about phone numbers and proper contact information, or did HSBC overlook that too? Interesting, is it not?
