RS in Texas said: “I have had a GMAC credit card for many years. When I first recieved this card, the original agreement was that for every purchase i made with this card, 5 per cent was going to be used off the price of a new GM car. In other words, if i charge $1,000 worth of goods with this credit card, i then would have $50 built up which would be deducted off the price of a new card.

Well, i now have $6,250 built up in earnings money. I went down to a chevy dealer to purchase a brand new malibu and the chevy dealer and GMAC did not honor my earnings credit. They said to me that they changed the rules.

In conclusion, i have charged over $126,000 with this credit card and only this card because i wanted to build up alot of money so i can get a new car and now GMAC will not honor it. GMAC is a fraud and i recommend everybody to stop using the HSBC GM Card. They are a fraud. They are crooks. If anyone knows how i can take legal actions against these crooks, please let me know.”
