CK in Pennsylvania said: “I tried accessing HSBC website to make payments on my son’s Guitar Center credit account with HSBC on 3/24/10. I tried to do the same a couple months ago. THE WEBSITE STILL DOESN’T WORK and doesn’t allow us to set up a login so we could’ve kept up to date with the payments.
I am a cosigner on this account and this is hitting my credit record. They raised the interest rate to some ridiculous rate and charged late fees.”
