I went to HRB to see about the Rapid Refund. I asked what bank this was done with, They said HC something. After filling out tax forms I get home and look at papers and see that the bank is HSBC and it said that they could take your tax refund for outstanding credit card debit. I have a card that was sold to HSBC. I’ve been unemployed for 14 months so I’m having hard time paying credit cards (Food Come First).
Well I called HRB back and said that I wanted to stop the filing, They said that someone would call me back..never did. So I went there and told them to stop the filing and give W2′s back to me. Can they still take your refund if you file with someone else? Please let me know because I need my money. I haven’t had any money for the last 2 months, not even unemployment. Someone needs to stop this dirty trick with so many people unemployed.
