CC in New Jersey said: “I have had a HSBC Credit Card for about 3 years and only had it for emergencies. So there was very minimal charges on it, if any. It was always paid on time. Then I get my HSBC statement in the mail and they opt-ed me in for Account Secure Plus (which I did not even sign up for). I called them up and cancelled the damn thing. Then I get my statement a few months later and it wasn’t cancelled! And a late fee! $75.30 Charge!”
