TC in Maine said: “I made a payment to guitar center (HSBC) in October. HSBC cashed my money order. Almost 3 months later they still have not posted my payment and are telling me they need 60 days to research the proof of payment I sent them. I communicate via email and phone. HSBC is a horrid company that I hope goes belly up. I am doing my best to spread the word far and wide at how they stole my money!”

Editor’s Note: Guitar Center’s sister companies/subsidiaries incorporate Music & Arts Center, Musician’s Friend, GuitarCenter.com, LMI, Giardinelli, Musician.com, Private Reserve Guitars, Woodwind and Brasswind and Harmony Central. They could replace HSBC as their credit card processor, and at the same might improve their BBB rating from a “D” instead of sliding down to an “F” rating.
