MB in Texas said this about HSBC: “HSBC has to be one of the most ignorant banks I have ever had an account with. I never had a late payment and they reduced my credit balance twice. When I called to cancel, they couldn’t find my account. They told me my account was already canceled..but was looking at an account canceled 8 years ago even thought I gave them the last four digits off of their correspondence.
Their operators give you false names when you ask for their name and refuse to give you any identifying information.
THIS BANK WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT>>>BEWARE!!!!!Even if you are an excellent paying customer.”
