MH in Texas said: “I was read my Miranda rights into my messaging machine by HSBC’s collection arm. I have received phone calls every hour on the hour. HSBC has threated to take my home that I am barely hanging on to, garnish my wages, etc. I live in TX and have found out they cannot, but now they are representing themselves as attorneys. I had to change my phone. My migraines started again; I have a heart condition and it went into overdrive about this. HELP.”
