DG in Ohio said: “My husband and I have had some financial difficulties due to the economy. My husband had to take an 8.9 % paycut as well as I had a heart attack back in September. I have received a number of phone calls from HSBC Collections department regard our Motorcycle account and from HSBC Beneficial regarding a loan. They harrass you to no end.

They are extremely threatening they tell you it would take x amount of dollars to get caught up then you do and HSBC applies it all to the late fees and interest and you are back where you started from.

HSBC is nothing but a racket. HSBC are sharks with sharp teeth and want to rip the consumer off.

I am going to do everything I can to get this loan paid off and never will I get myself in this situation again. The government should monitor these banks a little closer and place a cap on the fees these bank can charge. If they don’t they are a bigger racket then these banks.”
