HSBC deducts money from checking account as online payment

KS in Minnesota said: “I have an unauthrorized deduction from my checking account for this Company listed as HSBC RS Online Pmt. It totaled $253.00. Has anyone else experienced this same problem? I have filed a claim with my bank but it concerns me that they can just deduct money without authorization.”

Editor’s Note: This is the second report of this type in one day. Will HSBC reach out to touch your bank account? Why is this happening, and did customers agree to it in contract fine print or an HSBC change in terms? We want to know much more about this.
