PE in California said: “I opened an account with Davids Bridal about 1 year and 1/2 ago i was happy with this account until months before i find out i was charge $311.00 because they said it was the interest of the past year. I called HSBC on 9/8/8, i speak with a lady name Aruna she promisses to give me back a credit of $150 to my account but a month later I called back because my account was the same.

Sadly i found out that in order to have the credit of $150 i had to pay the full amount in my account. After that i decide i made more payments but the interest was too high.

I call to this number 1-800-365-8394 and i told them if there was any way they could help me lower my interest, but HSBC’s answer was always no, no, no, no, so i decided not to pay this account and wait for someone to help me or send me to collection.

I am sad because my wedding dress was only $1362.66 and after i paid $407.00 my account is $1423.69. I am sorry i want to pay this account but HSBC is not helping me lower my interest and give me back what the $311 charge.”
