ES in North Carolina says: “I have been TRYING TO RESOLVE monies due me due to HFC added insurance to my loan (disability & life) + took it out of funds I borrowed and added in back into the refi. I contacted Branch Manger James Upchurch and spoke to his boss Mr. Doby and faxed over where insurance was deducted and added into my refinance. Mr Doby said he would get back to me & now he is avoiding me!

“I spoke to the insurance department and customer service, I was even told that James & Mr. Doby could see the same thing she was looking at (imaging). The amount in question is approximately $25,000.00. See attachment showing loan# in question, I even put the paperwork together, now I am to seek legal counsel if you can’t help me.”

Can you let me know if you received my complaint via fax 8/16/07 regarding HFC adding disability & life insurance into my refinance + deducted the amount on a personal loan.
I didnot request disability or life insurance + the paperwork I have shows “no insurance requested” on the itemized sheet it shows HFC added insurance any way.

Please advise me the status regarding the disability & life insurance deducted & added 1997 thru 1999.
Total amount apprm $27,000.00 plus insurance rate HFC dded 18%
= $32,000
