KC in Minnesota says: “I have spent over 1 hour trying to pay my Herbergers bill and I’m sick of it. I took the time a while back to call them, be placed on hold, and learn how I have to un-block pop-ups in order to access the online pay system for them…yet now when i am following their instructions exactly, and i still am being denied access to pay my bill. This is maddening and exhausting. As soon as i can pay my bill off completely, i will never shop at Herbergers or any other HSBC affiliate ever again.”
