RW in Ohio says:  “I have been trying to pay a bill for about two hours and I put in hrsaccount.com and all I get is a survey.  The HSBC web site won’t let me through until I take this stupid survey.  I keep wondering why.”

I am also trying to make a payment online for a Bowflex/Nautilus account. It takes me to hrsaccount.com. I never received my June statement and now the payment is due in two days. You can make a payment over the phone but they want a $15.00 service fee on top of your payment. They also keep changing the due date. It goes from the 22nd to the 17th to the 19th and 15th. This is crazy.
