CV in Virginia said: “I have tried to get a payoff amount on an HSBC retail services account I have now with HSBC. But I get look at the bill, and the total amount owed has not changed since I took out loan 2 years ago and made payments. Then HSBC sent me something about same as cash notice.. I WANT a payoff amount!! How can I get it?”
