JS in Wyoming said: “After changing email addresses via the website I stopped receiving statements. This included email AND posted mail statements. I did not have an account number which is tied to everything on their website. If you go to the forgot password link, the site asks for an account number. If you click on the “contact us” link it tells you to call the number on your statement. If you do not have your statement or your account number you are completely screwed.”
