RH in Idaho said: “HSBC are beyond rude. I have read some of the stories here and have experianced the same problem. I was unaware of the “no grace” peroid and was one day late and recieved a 39.00 late fee and they increased my interest rate- when requesting assistance to lower the rate to be able to pay them off quicker- response was no your rate will remain the same- they have different information on their online page stating 3 different rates- I guess I am freakin blessed they don’t know what rate to give me! The amounts due change daily.
Unfortunatly with loans these days I am stuck paying this company whatever they expect- If you haven’t a loan with this company dont!”
