LV in California said: “Complaint against HSBC Auto Finance, we have paid on time for years on end with this co, and when we wanted to do a payoff amount, they refuse to lower the amount instead they increased the amount. We are stuck with this when all other have worked with us. If there is a way to get out of this co, please tell us what to do.. I will never have anything to do with HSBC ever again. And I have credit cards also with them that i just paid to a zero balance… Really steaming..”
