BJ in Wisconsin sent a copy of her complaint letter to HSBC: “Earlier this I was getting “harrassed” by your company to pay my credit card with the Boston Store. The only problem I never received a bill and was unable to pay the bill.
I was getting sick of the nasty phone calls and I paid your bill in full.
Now I looked at an old statement and I see a credit refund of $63.04 back in July and I never received this amount from you or have I ever used your credit card from store your store again and I was wondering do you mail people statements saying that they will get a refund and never send them the refund.
If that is the case I never plan on walking in any Boston store again.
