GF in Alaska said: “Last September I signed up for a Best Buy Card when my family was in Anchorage. We were buying some electronics and when we found out if we had a Best Buy card that we could make our purchases interest free. So, we asked if there any hidden fees or charges and were told no as we signed up for a card. The first month we didn’t get a statement so we contacted the number on the card (1-800-365-0292) and told the customer service rep that we hadn’t received a statement and he waived the late charges.
