SS in Arizona said: “I just have to say that like many of these people, I have had the total run around as well from HSBC but my biggest complaint would have to be their customer service. It truly doesn’t matter what takes place or doesn’t, for that matter, their customer service department stinks. They are not only mean and crude, but also have no respect for their customers. This was the worst credit card company I’ve ever had a card through. It’s been eight months since I cancelled and cut up my card, and I’m still having problems with them posting it on my credit report. Ultimately, I had to choose between which of my three cards to pay off, and HSBC became the last and obviously, they are still waiting for their money. Respectable human beings do not treat anyone this way, nevertheless someone whos paying your bills.”

CS in Arkansas said: “I recently signed up to view my credit report online and I noticed that one of the debtors listed was from a HSBC RS stating I had an overdue balance of $1382.00 from acct. #5510001XXXX. Of course this raises a concern to me because I only have one HSBC credit card but my balance is only $500.00 on that.
