DL in Texas said: “OMG! HSBC Nevada/Yamaha – I signed in 2005 for a motorcycle for my husband since his credit was bad. We made the payments on this loan with no problems until the 2yr “intro” ran out. Then the interest went up to 12% from 4.9%, so we were told.

In July 2006 I signed the paper work for a new Suzuki S40 motorcycle and clothing on back order, but did not pickup the motorcycle. I went home and realized they actually sold me a 650cc motorcycle made in Canada. I called and cancelled the order and wrote to HSBC and called my insurance company.

TG in New York said: “My husband and I bought a motorcycle by obtaining a Suzuki card which is through HSBC. We stopped receiving statements, I pay monthly through by banks bill pay but I would like to be able to see what my balance is and what each payment should be. I can no longer find the website for HSBC’s payment center for this card.

DG in Ohio said: “My husband and I have had some financial difficulties due to the economy. My husband had to take an 8.9 % paycut as well as I had a heart attack back in September. I have received a number of phone calls from HSBC Collections department regard our Motorcycle account and from HSBC Beneficial regarding a loan. They harrass you to no end.
