In July 2006 I signed the paper work for a new Suzuki S40 motorcycle and clothing on back order, but did not pickup the motorcycle. I went home and realized they actually sold me a 650cc motorcycle made in Canada. I called and cancelled the order and wrote to HSBC and called my insurance company.

We stopped receiving statements, I pay monthly through by banks bill pay but I would like to be able to see what my balance is and what each payment should be. I can no longer find the website for HSBC’s payment center for this card.

I have received a number of phone calls from HSBC Collections department regard our Motorcycle account and from HSBC Beneficial regarding a loan. They harrass you to no end.
