Your HSBC title is enclosed – NOT!

AN in Georgia said: “I paid off my motorcycle loan with HSBC. I received a letter indicating that it was paid in full and that my title was enclosed. There was no title included. I called customer support and was told they did not have the title and it was my responsibility to try and get one from the DMV or track it down. HSBC also would not let me talk to anyone in the title department.”
