The new Household – HSBC Watch series on debt collectors is number one this week. We were prompted to write the series of articles after receiving a consumer complaint which said the account was placed in collections but the customer never received the credit card, never received a statement, and never received a phone call. Although companies mentioned in this multi-part series may not have a relationship with HSBC, the Debt Collector series of articles is an informative document.
