Ensures accuracy and completeness of reports to avoid regulatory scrutiny, fines and penalties.
Develops, implements, maintains and communicates policies and procedures as directed. Identifies changes required in policies and procedures and communicates changes and updates to policies and procedures. Meets with Unit Managers to provide coaching and performance feedback. Performs other related duties as assigned.
