The State of Missouri has the following information on file for HSBC. Note the third item. Although registered as HSBC Retail Services the address is the same as HSBC NV, as reported to credit bureaus. “Just another typical holding company smoke and mirrors issue to confuse regulators and customers? You decide” said consumer advocates at Household – HSBC Watch.
