Household International’s political action website at HSBC Government Relations now has Chairman Siddharth N. (Bobby) Mehta’s picture to greet web visitors which are supposed to be HSBC employees, but the site is available to everyone around the world. “Dear Colleague” says the website. William F. (Bill) Aldinger’s picture once greeted web visitors. Still bearing the HI name, this part of HSBC was, and still is, in violation of HSBC corporate policy according to Sir John Bond. In fact Bond said HSBC does not have any PAC activity.
