Topic Title: Navy Deployed - Fraud by HSBC NV

I believe HSBC NV has reported an account in error on credit report. Account number is xxxxxxxxxx720640. On my credit report HSBC NV has reported this as a "charged off as bad debt." I have no idea what this is or who this is. I was stationed overseas when this account was opened and again when it was closed. I don't know how an account can be opened and then closed in my name if I am not in the United States. Thank you for your time.
